Description
WootCloud Inc is building a world-class product management organization and continues to look for top-notch product managers to expand the team. As a product manager at WootCloud, you will be responsible for driving our product strategy, including routing protocols, high availability functionality, and overall security/network device architecture. In addition to your own creativity, you will also rely on interaction with customers and partners to understand requirements and problems. You will be expected to deliver product functionality that matches WootCloud’s level of innovation found throughout the product. You will be involved with the management features throughout all stages of life cycle (conception, definition, development, release and post-release activities) managing strategic planning, feature selection and tactical activities.

Other responsibilities include collaborating with Marketing to create product related sales and marketing materials; evangelizing the products and product strategy both internally and externally.

Your Impact

  • Full ownership of the product strategy and feature set
  • Feature prioritization and tradeoff decision making
  • Market and customer analysis, requirements development, business case, collateral, product strategy, and product positioning
  • Ability to work effectively with all areas of the organization, from engineering to sales
  • Customer engagement and relationship development for executive briefings, product evangelism, and requirements gathering
  • Provide support to other departments for owned feature set

Your Experience:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Other engineering/technical degree, MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5-8 years in product management or technical expertise in the network security product space, IPS, IDS or NAC required
  • Hybrid ( edge-cloud) solution experience a must
  • Domain experience in OT ( healthcare/industrial) security desired.
  • Strong knowledge in big data cloud solutions with ELK stack a must.
  • Good knowledge of highly available network and redundant architectures – high availability architectures, disaster recovery strategies
  • Hands-on nature with very strong interest in new technology products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent people skills, team mentality
  • Demonstrable track record of success

WootCloud has an innovative HyperContext platform, a ML/AI based solutions to solve this problems.

You will work on a data intensive, highly distributed backend system composed of various micro-services. These services are responsible for processing billions of events, generating device fingerprints, enrichment, policy enforcement, and integrations with third-party APIs. The end result is very rich contextualized information about IoT devices. You will be working alongside a very talented and dedicated team of engineers, developing and delivering on business and customer needs.

Responsibilities
Architect, design and implement new features and services.
Own data engineering and cloud services.
Develop, maintain, debug a scalable, highly responsive data intensive pipeline.
Create design and test documents to meet business objectives.
Work directly with customers to both diagnose and provide solutions for their technical scenarios
Working closely with cross-functional teams across the company, including Sales and Marketing.
Participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements
8+ years of experience in software development.
Experience with highly distributed systems.
Experience developing applications deployed on Cloud Platforms, like AWS, Azure.
Solid CS fundamentals, fluent in multi-threaded, asynchronous programming, strong inclination for architecting at scale.
Strong experience working with Python, Golang.
Strong experience working with open source software like ElasticSearch, MongoDB, Kafka, HDFS.
Experience with Spark, Java, Scala, Javascript a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with discretion and sound independent judgement.
Good understanding of TCP/IP and generally how Internet works.
Good written and oral communication skills.

Description
This position is located in our New York office. As an Enterprise Sales Executive at WootCloud, you’ll prospect, develop, and close strategic security deals with the CIOs, CISOs, and executive teams at Fortune 500 leaders. Working closely with our marketing and leadership teams, you’ll develop customer relationships, tune the way we communicate with global businesses, and raise the bar for an excellent sales experience.

  • Lead the prospecting, development, and closure of pipeline accounts with an eye towards long-term contract value
  • Build and maintain executive level relationships across customer organizations and business units, and navigate the complex procurement processes typical of of $500K+ IT purchases
  • Bring a disciplined approach to sales, including automated sales tools and maintaining an accurate and up to date forecast and plan
  • Be an evangelist of cloud, security, and collaborative best practices
  • Work in tandem with marketing, product, and customer success to turn customers into advocates

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years in an enterprise outside sales role
  • Minimum three years in enterprise software / SaaS sales role
  • Minimum two years in an early to mid-stage startup
  • Experience in selling in both direct and indirect go to market models

Enterprise selling

  • Mastery of an outcome-based sales methodology
  • Able to build a winning proposal including crafting a business case to cost justify an enterprise software solution
  • Defined sales process, including established qualification process
  • Prospecting, identifying net new prospective customers
  • Strong contract negotiation skills
  • Mastery of Salesforce with a focus on operational excellence
  • Can demonstrate forecasting accuracy

Description
We are seeking a proven, high-performing, and technically oriented Senior Customer Success Manager who is passionate about helping customers maximize the value of their WootCloud subscription. In this critical role, you will be responsible for quickly delivering results via effective customer on-boarding, accelerating product adoption and license usage, minimizing customer churn, and influencing expansion by driving maximum value and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on the relevant use cases for WootCloud and associated value proposition
  • Understand customer’s business issues, desired business outcomes and recommend solutions based on WootCloud best practices
  • Ensure customers are adopting WootCloud and receiving the anticipated results and value
  • Work with Product Management to define and plan new features/capabilities that accelerate adoption and value realization
  • Engage with customers via strategic and operational reviews to communicate WootCloud value as well as to evaluate future needs and strategic direction
  • Expand our revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell
  • Cultivate relationships with executives and key stakeholders to ensure a successful long-term business partnership.
  • Onboard: deliver and communicate WootCloud value to the initial app teams
  • Adoption: help customers evangelize and roll out WootCloud throughout their organization
  • Advise: share best practices; recommend solutions to changing Customer requirements and emergent problems
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure expansion opportunities are identified and closed

Qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience in post-sales customer delivery/engagement roles (customer success, consulting or technical account management)
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain relationships with people on all levels of an organization (internally and externally)
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business model
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset. Demonstrates a desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or better; preference for computer science or related degrees
  • Proven experience in managing technical project implementations
  • Experience working with large and complex enterprise accounts
  • Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
